What do you like best? Very easy to manage yet very powerful email security and gateway. I also don't have the down time due to a virus. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Security Gateway i don't have to weed through all those emails myself and have more time to do real work. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend Security Gateway to anyone with email.
It would be exhausting for me to try to learn all it can do. If anyone were to show me, I would probably get tired head and not fully understand the behind the scenes stuff. I' m certain there are more tools and things happening behind the scenes that i don't know about. What do you dislike? There's not much i dislike about Security Gateway. It will also track my companies email and stop any spam from being sent from one of my employees email. Security Gateway filters those out so i don't have to deal with them.They also spot the emails with viruses and weeds those out. What do you like best? I get an enormous amount of junk mail. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This product has allowed us to put together a solution that is comparable to the experiences that users have with Google Apps or Office 365 and yet have a cost per mailbox that is less than what each of those platforms cost today. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend it, however make sure that you don't need to integrate another antivirus product into your gateway product or look at forums for ways to get around the 3rd party antivirus integration issues. Price is always a concern for a small business. What do you dislike? There is nothing at this time the I find in this product. Couple that with the great user interface for each user that is linked directly to their back end email account, our users can use one login to manage both email and their spam gateway.
We like to use open source products as much as possible, but a mail gateway product that really works is hard to find. We are a small service provider who hosts are number of email domains for our clients. What do you like best? SecurityGateway is a great product for multiple domains.
